Yankee on High is a project that converted a former furniture warehouse facility into a dynamic, urban mixed-use project. The original structure was built in 1989 and the work was pursued with an emphasis on historic preservation. The work required major structural modifications, façade restoration and installation of entirely new mechanical, and electrical and plumbing systems. The building includes a restaurant on the first floor, a bar and office on the second floor and eleven apartments on the third, fourth and fifth floors.
