Faye Bodyke, an accomplished professional, serves as Senior Vice President of Construction with a rich background in the construction industry. With over 25 years of experience in Columbus, Ohio, she has held key roles in various facets of construction, including construction management, owners, and contractor. In her current role, Faye exercises direct oversight over all aspects of design, estimating, and construction operations. Her responsibilities extend to strategic growth initiatives, process enhancements, and the nurturing of a vibrant and collaborative culture within the industry. Faye also manages critical areas such as contracts, pre-construction services, budgets, Guaranteed Maximum Prices (GMPs), change management, dispute resolution, and overall construction operations. Prior to her current role, Faye‘s career path included a 23-year tenure at The Ohio State University. During her time there, she served for 11 years as the Director of Projects, overseeing academic building projects on the Columbus campus and five branch campuses. Her extensive experience has established her as a central figure in fostering strong relationships with architects, engineers, design builders, construction managers, and other professional services, further enriching her insights and contributions to the industry.
